In trying to launch a new phase of my business, I interviewed several candidates for my web design. Not knowing much about computers, or the best way to present my services and products, this started as a very stressful endeavor. Paul was fastidious in building our website for the rebranding of a small practice into a mid-sized firm with an entire team, moving from a personal tone to a more corporate approach. He had excellent design ideas and achieved the ‘look’ and feel to the site that was exactly what we were aiming for – on the first pass. Our results have been terrific: we have several serious inquiries come through weekly. Even with a strong networking effort and referral business, the website is still our main source of leads. When I first heard that our web site needed an update I never thought I would be charged with the task. I was really terrified. I am not a techy, if you know what I mean. I was not even sure where to begin. We asked for additional features which other designers told us would cost thousands of dollars to implement, when we asked Paul for the same features his reply was “oh, that is easy and there is no additional charge.”
